How to become a seller on Goformore Online?

To become a seller, fill in the registration form at XXXX. Required documents may be submitted via email or by uploading directly into the system. We will verify your documents within 7 working days and you can start listing your items once approved.

Do I pay for registration fee?

There is no registration fee and you can list your products for free!

Can I sell used items on Goformore Online?

Yes, Goformore Online allows for Used items to be sold on our marketplace

When do I receive payment after I delievered a product?

The settlement of a sales payment is finalized on the following day after purchase confirmation by the Buyer, and the settlement payment is disbursed within 7 business days.
In the event where the buyer does not confirm the purchase, there will be an automatic purchase confirmation 7 days after the product is delivered by the courier service. For orders that are delivered directly by the Seller, purchase will be automatically confirmed 21 days after the order is delivered.
If the settlement amount is altered because of a claim following settlement completion, the difference is carried forward to the next settlement as a negative amount.

Can I sell my products international or globally?

Yes, you can sell your products worldwide.

What are the transaction fees that apply to the seller?

Transaction fees are vary and depending on the product category.

What type of products cannot be listed on

Some products may not be listed as a matter of compliance with legal or regulatory restrictions (for example, prescription drugs, crime scene photos). Goformore Online reserves the rights to remove the products from our marketplace.

After I become a seller and my product was sold, is the product review rating really matter to me?

You can sum this up into one word, Trust. It today’s fast paced digital world, it is very hard to build trust with potential customers online.

How do I know if my order has gone through?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order number upon successful transaction. In the event that you did not receive any e-mail confirmation, please login to your account and check your shopping cart to see if you have checked out all items successfully

How can I know whether my order has been processed?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number and items ordered. This means that your order has reached us successfully.

How long will it take for shipping?

Normally, it takes 3-5 days for the seller to verify the purchase after payment completion.
Items deliver via standard or express with the tracking, you may contact the related delivery company for update once the seller updated the tracking number or you may check your shopping list by clicking the shipping info to Track and trace the item.
Shipping is quite dependent upon each seller. Therefore if you post your inquiries to sellers, you can get detailed information for shipping period after you completed payment procedure.
Can I use coupon code for my purchase?
As long as the coupon code is valid and offered by the seller, the coupon is allowed to be used on your purchase.

How do I get refund?

Before shipment
-Buyer is able to apply for a cancellation on the site and the fund will be refunded directly into your account if the seller hasn’t accepted the order.
-Buyer is able to apply for a cancellation request if the seller has accepted the order, and the fund will be refunded if the seller hasn’t sent the item or you should talk to Goformore Online customer service to intervene with the seller if the seller has sent the item.

After Shipment
-Buyer is only able to apply for return or exchange the item, buyer is supposed to send the item back to the seller and the fund will be refunded into buyer’s account after the seller confirms that the item has been returned without damage.

How do I close my account?

We do not have systematic procedure to close your Goformore Online account at this stage, therefore, please send e-mail us, if you would like to close account and provide a brief reason.
