GoformoreOnline.com Return Policy
Items shipped from GoformoreOnline.com, including Warehouse Deals, can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Please ensure that the item is not used and please retain the original packing. Any stains, scratches or damage caused by carelessness will not be accepted for returns. Once Quality Control has inspected the returned item(s), we will aim to process your return within 5 business days.

You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.

Seller Return Policies
When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return will be sent back to the seller instead of GoformoreOnline.com. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to GoformoreOnline.com’s, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the Seller’s return policy or contact the seller before you purchase an item.

You must notify the third-party seller within 15 days of receipt of shipment to file a return of an item. Third party sellers must either provide a return address and provide a pre-paid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned. If a seller does not offer these methods to return your items, you may contact our customer representative to seek help with your return.

If you are sending the item back to the seller and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If a package doesn’t arrive and you don’t use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under GoformoreOnline.com’s return policy.

About Items That Can’t Be Returned
Before you return your item to GoformoreOnline.com, make sure that your item can be returned.

GoformoreOnline.com doesn’t accept returns of the following items:

Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases (contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information)

Computer laptops, desktops, and Electronics devices more than 15 days after delivery

Any product missing the serial number or UPC

Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards (contact a local authorized dealer or the carrier directly)

Items purchased from sellers other than GoformoreOnline.com (but the seller may accept the return)

Some jewelry orders

Some health and personal care items

Grocery products

Fresh flowers and live indoor plants

Open software

About Return Shipping
Return shipping is easy and flexible.

Return Shipping Costs
If you return an item using a prepaid method (dropoff or pickup), and the reason for return is not a result of an GoformoreOnline error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your item qualifies for a free return. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you’ll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of an GoformoreOnline error, we’ll refund return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.

About Return Shipping Methods
Depending on the items you’re returning and the reason for your return, your shipping methods may vary for your return.

 POS Malaysia: We provide you with postage-paid mailing label to return the package and give it to your postman or take it to your local post office.

 Any Carrier: We provide you with a return shipping address, and you provide and pay for your own mailing label using the carrier of your choice.

 UPS/ FedEx/ DHL: We provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return package and take it to an authorized UPS/ FedEx/ DHL shipping location. (We’ll show you a list of drop-off locations in your area.) This option allows you to track your package on its way back to us.

About Refunds
Refunds are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid. It may take up to 2 weeks of approval for us to issue a full refund of your purchase. If, for any reasons, GoformoreOnline.com is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, GoformoreOnline.com will issue you a check and mail to you.
